The iced mocha with extra mocha was made accurately and to my liking, there was no wait to order, the place pretty empty on a Sunday around noon, just 1-2 visitors in and out while I was there... that's cuz my order took just 5 minutes to make, and there were no tables/ seating here for people to stick around, as the coffee shop is in a Wells Fargo building/office space (roped off on a Sunday with the bank being closed). Quick and easy service, reliable product, clean setting... I'm a fan of this Starbucks.
Always accurate order. No hassle order ahead and pick up. So spoiled. Thursdays 2 for 1 order after 12 noon. Limited time. Last day is 9/28/23.
Amazing I am almost caught up on my Yelps... So I decided to walk 2 blocks and pass my favorite Peets to the nearest Starbucks just so you get another review, LOL. Quality/Quantity - Consistent, small coffee. Atmosphere - Inside a Wells Fargo Bank, I am not a customer of Wells Fargo any more... NO Yelp to follow as it will NOT be positive. Actually, a fairly large Starbucks for being inside a bank. To-go only, no seating. They also put in the cream and sugar for you, I prefer to do it myself. Peets is back to self service. They do this for COVID reasons, so we can respect that. Service - Good, very speedy. Cashier was perfect. She was patient as I opened my Spotify app to pay, I really need to separate the apps on my phone... She communicated well, letting me know that she will make my coffee so that I did NOT need to wait, thanks. Price - $2.95, while Peets is $2.65 for the same size. Actually after writing this review, I might update Peets to 5 Stars!! Sorry, this will be the last time I do this for Yelp. I will be going back to my Peets when I am in the city. Owner Suggestion - Congrats on all your success since 1971 and being the largest coffeehouse chain in the world! #114 on the Fortune 500 list. As of 2021, 33,833+ stores, and 15,444 of them in the US. 1992 IPO 2003 Acquired Seattle's Best Coffee 2008 Loyalty card program 2020 Generous programs to employees due to COVID. Closed all stores except drive thru and delivery only. Paid for 30 days whether employees went to work or stayed home. Gave employees free daily meals and drinks whether they were working or not. Focused on the mobile app and future stores "convenience-led" formats with drive-thru and curbside pickup.
Not really much I can say... they provide me with my morning wake up juice. They do it quickly and the staff really tries to remember the regulars. They always have my drinks ready and out to me without me introducing myself.
The plus about this location is that it's in a bank. So once you stand in line to get cash at Wells Fargo, practically falling asleep on your feet, you can get some much-needed caffeine to stay awake. Staff was a little befuddled. They were puzzled by which breakfast sandwiches they had and I had to ask if they could heat it up (who wants a cold egg sandwich?) I also had to ask for both a straw and then napkins since everything is COVID roped off. Hey, I'm just as muzzy as the next person trying to make my way through the COVID maze so I'll upgrade them from 3 to 4 stars.
I just picked up my cold brew and a bagel from this location and it was very easy. I definitely recommend ordering ahead via their Starbucks app. You can also tip them remotely and can adjust tips within a 2 hours window. With the current setup, they line your drinks by the window where you can see your order, and then when you step in, there's a window where you can pickup. Super easy and you don't really go into the store. Because this location shares an entrance with a bank, on days when the bank is open, a security guard is likely there to direct you to the correct line.
No complaints here! We walked in when most people are getting off work. It's housed in with Wells Fargo. It's kind of an interesting setup but I guess it works. You do your banking, then get some coffee! Our barista was friendly, drinks came out in a timely manner, and it was right. While drinking our lattes we noticed that no one waited a super long time for their drinks, Nice. I'll gladly come back if I'm in the area.
